My name is Heather Blankenship.
I’m a real estate investor with $30M in assets and the founder of The Society of Entrepreneurial Women – the biggest entrepreneurship and real estate investing mastermind for women.
Before I became a real estate investor, I was a stay at home wife BORED out of my mind!
My husband would take me to dinner parties with his buddies, and I’d have to sit at the wives table where I just couldn’t relate to any of them.
They wanted to talk about babies. I wanted to talk about goals.
They wanted to talk about their husbands. I wanted to talk about financial freedom and building generational wealth for our family.
Every time I mentioned these topics, the other wives would look at me like a 5 year old who just fell off the monkey bars.
So I gave up hope that I’d ever meet girlfriends who understood me.
Fast forward a few years, I bought and renovated my first RV park that was bringing in about $30k per month.
That’s when I found out my husband was having an affair, and we split up.
At this point we had 3 kids, and I became a single mother overnight.
But because I invested in real estate, I was blessed to not have to worry about finances.
So I decided to start sharing my story and advice on social media to help other women become financially independent through real estate investing.
