Candace is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with over five years of experience, specializing in child and adolescent therapy as well as marriage counseling. She is trained in the Gottman Method and is a Certified Seven Principles Leader. Candace has also worked with the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, giving her a deep understanding of personal and relational dynamics. In addition, she is certified as a High-Performance Coach. Beyond her therapeutic background, Candace is also a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor, specializing in acquiring non-performing residential debt. Her experience in real estate allows her to bring a practical, goal-driven approach to coaching, blending personal development with valuable business and financial insights.

 Christie Nicholson

Christie has two decades of real estate investing experience, and is a seasoned expert ready to guide you on your path. Christie has a diverse background in real estate, including house hacking, live-in flips, long-term rentals, mid-term rentals, short-term rentals, land investments, and RV parks. In 2022, she became an RV park owner, relocating with her family to Indiana to manage the business full-time. Her hands-on experience has equipped her with the tools and insights needed to help others succeed in this unique investment space. Her journey hasn’t always been smooth. At just 22, Christie and her husband owned their first business, a restaurant, but the recession forced them to file for bankruptcy, leaving them $1 million in debt. Undeterred, they rebuilt their lives, working W-2 jobs before reigniting their entrepreneurial drive. Over the years, Christie has managed a thriving home inspection business, taught culinary arts as an award-winning educator, and achieved $10 million in real estate sales in just her second year as a realtor. As a proud mom of two driven teens—one of whom bought her first duplex at 16—Christie understands the importance of mentorship and financial independence. She believes teaching and sharing knowledge is one of the most impactful ways to grow, and she’s passionate about helping others achieve their dreams.

Jacinda Neustel

Meet Jacinda Neustel, a coach and entrepreneur who turned a spare room into a thriving business. In 2017, Jacinda couldn’t afford rent and started Airbnb-ing her spare room. What began as a side hustle has since grown into a short-term rental management company with a portfolio of 92 listings and counting, spanning 6 states. With a fully remote team, Jacinda continues to scale her business, helping others do the same.

Her journey isn’t just about business growth—it’s about building a life with freedom. After witnessing a coworker lose his job for leaving work during a family emergency, Jacinda realized no job was worth missing meaningful moments. Jeri excels in short-term, mid-term, and long-term property management, employing creative financing techniques for property acquisitions. Beyond real estate, she made a significant impact in the technology sector, holding a directorial position in a leading software company. Her visionary leadership shaped strategic directions and empowered global teams.

Jessica Courtney

Jess Courtney is a seasoned entrepreneur with two decades of experience building business environments where everyone rises. As a founder, Jessica’s work has driven $100M in revenue. As a private and institutional investor, Jessica has led funding for hundreds of rebuilds and property acquisitions for underserved communities. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Jessica’s real estate experience includes long-term buy and hold and an RV park with short term rentals. Jessica's passions are best expressed in the executive coaching she does to help entrepreneurs exceed their dreams and in her humanitarian work through the charities she’s founded. Jessica has an amazing ability to coach others on how to build systems for repeatable success. Twenty years of high-yield living in some of the world’s worst conflict zones have made Jessica something of an expert on how to push through pain, fear, and failure. She enjoys helping others reach the greatness inside them.

Cherie Mayberry

Meet Cherie, she spent over 20 years in the corporate world before making the leap into real estate full-time in 2022. Today, she is Co-Owner & Capital Partner at Blue Dahlia Investments, where she specializes in raising private money to fund real estate projects. In just three years, she has successfully raised more than $10 million in private capital to support flips and new builds, making her a trusted leader in this critical area of investing.

Her ability to structure deals, connect with investors, and build lasting partnerships has positioned her as a sought-after coach for those ready to scale their businesses with private capital. In addition to her investing work, Cherie is also a licensed real estate agent, giving her the ability to guide clients through both personal and investment transactions.

A Northern California native, Cherie enjoys life with her husband and their part-time grand-dog, Riley. When she isn’t working on deals or helping clients, you’ll find her in the garden, at the beach, or planning her next getaway.

Jen Ullrich

Jen Ullrich is a business operations specialist with expertise in scaling real estate portfolios and implementing AI solutions to enhance business efficiency.

As the former Chief Operating Officer at The Requity Group, she successfully led the development of a $120 million real estate portfolio in just 4 years. Her experience spans multiple property types including multifamily buildings, RV campgrounds, and mobile home communities. Prior to her role in real estate, Jen worked as an event planner for a financial services company, where she developed strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

She excels in operations management and has a proven track record of implementing effective systems that drive growth. Her experience with RV campground operations has provided her with valuable insights into this specialized sector of real estate investment, including understanding the operational requirements and revenue optimization strategies specific to these properties.

Jen is dedicated to coaching real estate investors on building and scaling their portfolios efficiently. By integrating innovative AI tools with established operational frameworks, she helps investors maximize returns while streamlining management processes.

Currently working as a digital nomad from Europe, Jen maintains a global perspective while demonstrating that location independence and business success can go hand in hand.
