Heather Blankenship is a seasoned investor and niche broker specializing in RV Parks, Mobile Home Parks, and Section 8 Multifamily properties. With nearly 11 years of experience, she has facilitated transactions worth almost $300 million within the real estate space.
Heather has also expanded her investment portfolio with the creation of Blank Capital, a fund aimed at offering passive investors significant exposure to the substantial growth potential in the RV Park sector.
Heather Meuer
Heather Meuer has been a member of The Society of Entrepreneurial Women since 2022, and is skilled in managing short-term rental properties under her company, Roaming Home Retreats. She is currently in the process of overseeing the development of an RV park and glamping resort located in Branson, MO. She’s passionate about making connections and is striving to build long-term wealth for her family.
